Roopika Mathur: Director, Migration Services
As the CEO of Top Migrations, Roopika directs the company’s vision and manages its principal operations including all aspects of marketing & communications, client relationships and business growth strategies. Being the Principal Migration Consultant, she is personally responsible for every case, from providing migration advice tailored to your personal circumstances and finding the most efficient migration pathways for you, through to handling the lodgement of applications to the DIBP and keeping you progressively informed during the entire process.
Madhuri R.: Country Head, Sri Lanka
Madhuri has been with us since 2016 and her working style has always been simple with a straight forward approach. She is an innovative and diligent leader, who appreciates diversity, and treats everyone with respect. Completed her MBA at Deakin University, Madhuri’s wealth of business administration experience, dedicated work ethic and her affable personality giver her client relationship skills a professional edge. Madhuri is responsible for TMA’s end-to-end operations in Sri Lanka related to Australian migration.

Sandhya is responsible for TMA’s end-to-end operations in India relation to Australian migration. She is a diligent, winsome, and innovative leader, who appreciates diversity, and treats everyone with respect. Sandhya’s working style has always been simple with straight forward approach. Her education includes B.Tech & MBA in Human Resources with over 10+ years of experience in the world on IT and Management roles in a high volume of business environments.
Adam M.: Senior Legal Assistant
Adam handles applications from preparation to lodgement stages and manages regulatory compliance. He is driven, professional and analytical. Adam focuses on developing genuine relationships and goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding results. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge from working in the tax and legal sectors and is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws. Adam tailors our services to individual needs and uses his skills to deliver a comprehensive legal solution for every client. His priority is always to make your migration experience hassle-free.
Arpan M.: Senior Legal Assistant
Arpan has been part of the TMA team since September 2018. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, and is on his way to being admitted as a practising lawyer. As Senior Legal Assistant, Arpan is responsible for a lot behind the scenes work that goes into preparing applications. He assists our Principal Migration Consultant in legal research and drafting memos to assist in the delivery of migration advice.
One of Arpan’s primary roles is to liaise with clients to ensure that they are up to date with the progress of their application. He keenly provides clients with an approachable and a friendly avenue for assistance. He has a keen interest in sports and is a massive fan of his beloved Melbourne Demons.
Jimmy Z.: Legal Assistant
Jimmy is a second year law student studying at Monash University. He has a bright personality, and is always ready for a challenge. His interests include rock climbing and music. At TMA, Jimmy performs a range of duties to assist the team, from gathering information to writing reports for applications. He also ensures documents are organised so the team can work more efficiently.
Ananya A.: Marketing Officer
Graduated from Curtin University in Feb 2019 - BA Mass Communication. Ananya grew up in 6 different countries and has lived in Australia for the past 4 years. Ananya‘s role as Marketing Officer involves managing Top Migration’s digital presence, planning and implementing media campaigns and optimising our use of social media to best connect with our community. On a day-to-day basis, she works on communicating relevant news and updates across our social media pages, as well as creating multimedia content that serves as a core part of our online marketing strategy.
